Unlike other sprays, Hat Saver allows your hat to breathe — it doesn’t seal the fabric. This means you’ll stay comfortable while your hat remains protected from sweat penetration and permanent stains.

Directions for Use

Prepare Your Hat:

Ensure the hat is clean and dry before applying.

For best results, apply to new hats.

If the hat has been worn, clean it thoroughly to remove any sweat or dirt.

Application:

Do not spray the inside headband.

Hold the can 2–3 inches away from the hat.

Spray 3 light coats evenly over the outside of the hat, especially where the bill and crown connect.

Spray until the fabric looks slightly wet — do not soak.

Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next.

If sprayed too heavily, color bleeding may occur on multi-colored hats.

Drying & Curing:

Hat Saver dries invisible in about 15 minutes.

After the final coat, allow the hat to cure for 18 hours before wearing.

Maintenance:

Reapply occasionally to maintain maximum protection.

Each can treats approximately 8 hats depending on size and material.
