Chemspec Dye Gone is a highly effective oxidising dye removal treatment designed for professional carpet cleaners. It is specially formulated to remove stubborn dye-based stains from carpets and upholstery, particularly on synthetic fibres.

This patented formula is extremely effective on stains caused by substances containing dyes, including:

• Coffee

• Tea

• Red wine

• Soft drinks (including Iron Brew)

• Barbecue sauce

• Gravy

• Soy sauce

• Betadine / iodine

• Urine

Mixing Instructions

• Mix 1 part A with 1 part B

• Use the solution within 5 minutes of mixing for best results, as the product loses strength over time.

Application Notes

• For best results, pre-treat the stain using Chemspec Professional Spot Lifter to remove other residues before targeting the dye.

• On wool or dyed nylon, neutralise the product with cold water once the dye has been removed.

• On solution-dyed fibres, the product can be left to oxidise and will naturally neutralise as it converts to water.

Important

Always perform a colourfastness test before use, as some dyes may be unstable.
